An extremely easy, cost-effective process where we;

  • build a document hosting web application on our document hosting server for you to your specification.
  • collect your documents
  • scan your documents
  • index your documents
  • transfer them to our document hosting server
  • provide you with usernames and passwords for your staff
  • you then access the system via a standard internet browser to search, retrieve and view your documents.....from anywhere!

Access to the system is by username/password. Alternatively we can provide multi-level username/securecode/password access.  We can further restrict access by IP address to ensure that only users within the IP range that you specify can log-in.
